1. Site operator

This site (verdictyapp.com) is operated by Fırat Yıldız, an individual based in İzmir, Turkey. References to "Verdicty," "we," "us," or "our" refer to the site operator. "You" or "user" refers to anyone visiting the site or joining the waitlist.

2. Acceptance of terms

By using this site or joining the waitlist, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Scope of the service

Verdicty is currently a pre-launch waitlist page for a mobile/web application that has not yet been released. The site:

Provides information about Verdicty.
Lets users leave their email to receive launch updates.

The site currently offers no purchasable product, account system, or paid feature. Separate terms will be published for the post-launch application.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this site and join the waitlist. If you are under 16, please do not use this site.

You represent that the email address you provide belongs to you and is accurate and current.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

Place abnormal load on the site through automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.).
Submit someone else's email address without permission.
Submit fake, invalid, or harmful data through the form.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or circumvent security measures.
Copy or republish site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Use the site in violation of any applicable law.

We reserve the right to delete records that violate these rules and to block the related IP addresses.

6. Early access and promotions

Promotions announced to early sign-ups (e.g. "free premium tokens") are good-faith perks, not binding commitments. Such benefits:

May change in type, amount, or validity period.
May be revoked for accounts where abuse, fraud, or spam is detected.
May not be delivered if the launch is delayed or the project does not proceed.

If we cannot launch or the project is discontinued, no compensation obligation arises toward you.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the site — the Verdicty name, logo, mascot ("bunny"), graphics, text, code, and design — is owned by Fırat Yıldız and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit this content without our written permission.

You are welcome to take screenshots for sharing on social media and to link to Verdicty from your sites.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no express or implied warranties that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or fully secure. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Fırat Yıldız be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profit, loss of data, or lost time) arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.

Some jurisdictions do not allow disclaimers of implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages, in which case the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to delete your waitlist record or restrict your access to the site at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

Reasons may include violation of these Terms, suspected spam/bot activity, or operational necessity.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts for any dispute are the Courts and Enforcement Offices of İzmir, Turkey, except as required otherwise by mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence.

If you reside in the EU or the United States, mandatory rights granted to you by your local consumer protection laws are not affected by this clause.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page and may notify you via your registered email. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
